Google bans sale of gmail accounts

Steffers writes “This article from cnet gives the new user policy from Google for their gmail users which prohibits the sale or trading of accounts.”

    Gmail is super cool.
    Gmail allows you to organize your email is several interesting ways. Librarians should be interested in this. It is organization of informations after all. Put away your fears of world government and get a gmail account. That way you can see what features you are missing in your current email. If you read the story you will see that Google does not want people selling specific email addresses like [email protected]. But if you want to buy an invitation to Google you can do that still. People are selling them on eBay and you can get an account for just a few dollars. If you use blogger which is owned by Google you will probably be given an inviatation.
