Two: A girl who reported being sexually assaulted at the Georgetown branch library said another girl pushed her into a restroom and told her, “Good luck.”
A boy waiting inside pushed her down and forced her into a sex act, then left when a security guard came into the restroom, Fort Wayne Police Department reports said.
“We regret when anything happens to anybody,” said Ferverda. “What we want people to understand is this is a public area. You do not think of the retail store clerk as the guardian of your child at the mall. We cannot be at all places at all times watching every single person.”

Have security cameras
If the library had security cameras (and heavy security to back it up) like they do at the casino, then these cases would happen less, since any potential offender would know that they are being watched and recorded. In addition, if all sex offenders were castrated and put away for good, then they wouldn’t re-offend.
