Anonymous Patron writes “Flooding and State Library resources for dealing with water damaged materials
Heavy rain is impacting many parts of New York State. The National Weather Service has issued many warnings about possible urban and rural flooding. The State Library sincerely hopes that local libraries are not impacted.
In the event that a library must deal with water damaged material, library staff may wish to visit the “other preservation resources”
section of the conservation/preservation program webpage on the State Library’s website for advice and a listing of helpful resources at:
