In the last few days, several cities and towns in the upper Midwest have experienced flooding. Libraries too are in danger of flooding, and some are being utilized by other city agencies. The lake I live on disappeared this week
I live on Lake Delton in Lake Delton, Wisconsin. The lake literally disappeared this week (taking a couple of homes with it into the Wisconsin River) and dashing our outlook for tourism in the area this summer.
