End User Agreements Under Scrutiny at Last

I found this one over at Net Imperative. It talks about how End User Licensing Agreements are being reviewed and how the \”doctrine of first sale\” isn\’t such a popular idea among software companies or even publishers anymore, because they lose full control of how the item is used after it\’s sold.
