Just public?
Can academic and special librarians get in on the fun? What if I send in an apple pie recipe with SUDOC classification?
serial party mix
If I send in a recipe for Chex party mix, do I need to indicate the publication frequency?
Re:Just public?
well, there are academic libraries that use dewey, so they should be okay. those govdocs people are left to their own devices, which is usually the case anyway.
a woman named liselotte glozer published a book in 1965 with the excellent title of A librarian’s cook book : or, How to keep your mind on classifying, cataloguing, and doing bibliographic research and yet think of food. if i remember correctly, it included lc and/or dewey numbers for all the recipes!
