Cops: Homeless man found living in Ocean Township library
A Neptune man who told police he is homeless was discovered living in the basement of the township library after a custodian saw him peeking out a basement window after hours, police said. Jones was charged with burglary and theft, and later released on a criminal summons pending a court hearing, Peters said.
