A Columnist from Fredericksburg, VA visits The Clinton presidential library in Little Rock., Ark., and finds some surprises.
“The longer I stayed, the more I roamed, the more I thought I could enjoy a longer stay in the city by the Arkansas River. I went with modest expectations and came away pleasantly surprised. My map and my guidebook spoke of many, many sights unseen. Alas, a glance at my watch warned that I must move on, rejoining the concrete conveyor of I-40 for my journey.“
