wow, 20 bucks is pretty good…
I feel sympathy for the potential strikers, but in North Carolina I’m lucky if I can get a part-time/temporary position with no benefits and $10 an hour. It’s pretty pathetic.
Maybe you guys need to start a union…

WTF they want a hiring bonus of .5% That is freaking amazing. I love places that give you a gift for just getting hired. I wish librarians were so in demand in Florida!
