City sues library

Great Western Dragon writes “Looking to break the ties with the main library, the City of Selah, WA filed a lawsuit against the Yakima Valley Regional Library. Selah City Attorney, Bob Noe, expressed a fear of retaliation from YVRL and wanted to prevent the library from removing the books from the branch.
