Cell Services Keep It Easy, and Free

New York Times article that largely touches on how your cell phone can be used to obtain information. Two things to note. Librarians should at least know about these services. Secondly some of what is being done by these services would have been done by a reference desk in the past. Arguably at least some of the answers provided could be improved if librarians were involved in the process.
