    UT San Diego seems to be on a mission
    A mission to make the new library look bad, that is: This isn’t the first story laden with quotes from the Taxpayer Guy (same person) and pooh-poohing the new library, I’m guessing it won’t be the last. So I’d call it very competent editorializing-as-journalism, albeit pretty incompetent actual journalism. Note that the author is even called a “watchdog.”

    let’s see, today we could say 99% of WWW/internet unused…
    99% of the internet remains unused, despite being created by people who thought they were doing something useful. but they continue to be proved wrong as billions visit the same 10 sites every day.
