BTK author: Parcel may be killer’s

Gary D. Price, just back from Austraila, notes some Frightening News From Kansas, where BTK is apprently using the the Wichita Public Library again to communicate with police.

Wichita police were summoned around 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 17, to the main branch of the Wichita Public Library to investigate a suspicious letter that was discovered by a library employee in a drop box. This letter is being treated as a possible communication from BTK and has been turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for official authentication. BTK is a serial killer who terrorized the city in the 1970s.

    “The library package was found by an employee Saturday morning, and police and library officials have refused to comment on its contents.”

    Good thing it wasn’t stored in a computer. ALA would have been on those police to protect the guy’s rights to library storage.
