Authors get 15% on regular books and 25% on ebooks?
Clearly I’ve had the wrong kind of publishers, since the most I ever got on a book was 12%, and that only after the first 1,200 copies were sold (at 10%). (Also, the joys of niche publishing: That sad little $3,500 advance in the story would be $500 better than any advance I’ve ever received for books in the library field. On the other hand, I don’t have an agent.)
