Another library recovering from flood damage

Another about a library recovering from flood damage. This one is at Adrian College’s Shipman Library, in Adrian, Michigan. The October 24 Lenawee Connection has an article about the progress made to date. On June 16, after three inches of rain fell in one hour, a flash flood poured through doors and windows into the library basement archives. In places, the water was three feet deep. They figure they lost about one-sixth of the total archives.
