What if you couldn’t find books to burn?

KurdishMedia News recently reported that deputy governor Mustafa Altinpinar of Sutculer in the Turkish province of Isparta ordered the wholesale destruction of books novelist Orhan Pamuk for making a reference to the massacre of Armenians. Ironically, none of the award-winner novelist’s writings could be found to destory.

This case is under investigation by Turkey’s Interior Ministry.
