Update: 11/02 19:28 GMT by B :The mad bomber (Thomas James Zajac) has apparently set off bombs before, according to this story from the Deseret News.
mdoneil writes “The Associated Press reports that an arrest has been made in the September bombing of the Salt Lake City Library.
The suspect was seen in surveilance video taken in the library. The bomb was triggered by a model rocket motor according to the article.”
