steven bell writes “E-school News Online has a report of a study recently completed by the UCLA Center for Communication Policy that bolsters the idea that schools should incorporate the internet into their instructional practices.One of the more interesting findings is that 97% of 12-18 year olds use the Internet regularly. The study has similar insights into Internet use and how it is affecting Internet users’ information seeking behavior. For example, Internet users on average watch about 5.4 hours less of TV per week than non-users, and almost one-third of children now watch less TV than before they started using the internet.
