The World’s Worst Library

Martin writes “In an article in Reasonline a writer describes the 4-year-old library at the most prestigious private school in Cameroon. He calls it the world’s worst library, so terrible that the librarian refuses to move the books from the old (but still perfectly good) building to the new one. The story of how it came to be built is a sad tale of greed, corruption and lousy design. The library appears near the end of the article in the section “Institutions Matter.””
