Rory had asked awhile ago about posting this link to his Libray Juice-themed merchandise. I wasn’t sure about promoting products as news items, but seeing how ‘ol Blake just did it, so shall I. T-shirts, boxers, THONGS, babyware and more. Profits go to support Library Juice.
I’m waiting for the LISnews granny pants myself. More room for advertising, y’know.
Re: The Shoppes at Library Juice
Hey, what’s a bit of principle between leftists? Anything that makes money for Rory Litwin is news in my book.
I guess this means everything’s all patched up again only a month after Rory Litwin said that Blake had “gone batty” for suggesting that conservative voices ought to be heard on LISNews.
What with Blake back to pumping out good old left-wing agit-prop “news,” seems like everything’s right as rain….
Re: The Shoppes at Library Juice
Blake didn’t post this, everything’s not all patched up, I’m not left-wing, and I don’t even know what agit-prop means.
Re: The Shoppes at Library Juice …because for several years it has seemed, to me, to be rather obviously right-leaning, especially in the AM talk radio style comments sections. Because of the conservative bias of the LISNews site as a whole, I became disgusted with it and stopped posting stories a long time ago. Jack Stephens and his ilk have spoiled the sandbox, and I’ve walked away to let them play in it. For Blake to call it a “left-wing echo chamber” really does sound batty to me. Sorry to be so blunt, but that’s really how it sounds.
I said that Blake had “gone batty” for advertising that LISNews needed a special section, called “politics,” that would be devoted to right wing views, justified by claiming that LISNews was a “left-wing echo chamber”
Thanks to Rachelle for posting the link to Library Juice and the Libr.org shop.

Re: The Shoppes at Library Juice
Yes, I posted this as a professional courtesy, regardless of personal opinions about Rory’s comments about my home away from home, LISnews. Leave Blake out of it and pick on me, if you need to pick on someone.
Agit prop, btw, is “political propaganda, especially favoring communism and disseminated through literature, drama, art, or music” (American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language). Blake, you never told me you were a big commie agitator! I had to hear it from conservator. I’m always the last to know. Except in this case…since Blake, apparently, is the last to know.
Re: The Shoppes at Library Juice
Well, I guess when you’re a fan of the Castro dictatorship, anything in American politics would tend to seem “right-leaning.” And when you can’t throw people in prison, then you take your marbles and go home. Bravo, Rory.
BTW I believe her name is Rochelle.
