The Lost Girls

Fang-Face writes “A story has broken about a copyright contention over a series of graphic novels called The Lost Girls. The friction is due to the fact that British writer Alan Moore did not get permission to portray Wendy of Peter Pan fame. The fact that the three stories deal with the burgeoning sexuality of Wendy, Dorothy of Oz, and Alice from Wonderland does not seem to have much bearing on the matter. The article at CBC.ca has minimal information; the
article at MSNBC.com is slightly more expansive.”
