Samantha Smith stuck out at Wednesday’s meeting of the Bay County Library System Board of Trustees.
At 13, she’s the first teenager library officials can recall seeing sitting in the audience in quite a while.
But soon, they may be seeing a lot more of her.
Trustee Mark Kaplenski introduced Smith on Wednesday, championing the idea of making her as a teen liaison to the Library Board.
