Think about that for a moment. America experienced one of the biggest booms EVER in the 1990s. It was a time of government surpluses at nearly every level. Yet not even a single dollar could be found for a system that provides interlibrary loan system service 66 public libraries in Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Putnam and Ulster counties.”
They got no increases in fat times, now they’re being cut in lean times. Makes one ill.”
