The name of the man, reported to be in his late 20s, was not released. Emergency crews were called to Montante Family Library off Fargo Avenue at about 6:30 p.m. after the man was found unconscious, with no breath or pulse. “
Illegal activities in the Library
I wonder if the fellow actually used heroin in the Library. I am quite sure I am not the only one to see illegal activities occur in the place.
