Software-filtering foe goes after Net-blocking governments

\”Jim Faith\” sent over This Very Short USAToday story on Bennett Haselton, who runs Peacefire.org, and is working with the U.S. government to find ways to prevent China and other censor-happy regimes from controlling what their citizens read online.

David Burt, cooincidently, is quoted in this story, as saying \”It\’s almost like the \’filter defeating program of the month\’, They don\’t seem to work because these organizations can\’t devote the necessary resources.\”
