Qin Cao, a Chinese-American employeed by the Seattle Public Library system, who has an MLS from the University of Washington, feels she has been discriminated against, failing to receive a promotion within the system. She is suing the city of Seattle for failure to promote and pain and suffering allegedly inflicted by a fellow employee.

Not to be unfair
but just from that article it sounds like she’s just not good enough, especially compared to others and she can’t accept it.
I do find it interesting theres also an assault case involved, maybe that says personality conflict more than anything else?
