The mother of a six-year old student in Humboldt, TN has sued the school librarian and the school system for alleged inappropriate behavior by librarian Emily Turner. The mother accused Turner of kicking her son, and closing him in a closet. According to the article, the child kicked the librarian as well, and was suspended from school for a few days.
