Salt Lake City Utah library attracting homeless

Anonymous Patron writes “Salt Lake library attracting homeless: Homeless people, like the rest of Salt Lake City’s population, are flocking to the city’s main library in record numbers.
Especially during the day, the library is filled with the homeless, who sometimes bother other library patrons with their odor, intoxication or noise level.”
