Rockford Public Library officials :
“This is not an appropriate place to stay all day. You need to be using the library for an appropriate purpose,” said Frank Novak, executive director. “That’s a key difference from sitting in one spot and yelling at each other or being a problem. Getting loud and disruptive, those are behaviors we don’t tolerate.”
