I’m not sure where Swansea is [it’s in Wales, Blake], but the libraries there look to be on course to attract record numbers of visitors this summer because of bad weather. It boosted library visitors by a huge amount as parents hoping to keep children entertained took advantage of the range of activities organised across city libraries.
Library staff believe the number of visitors has been substantially up on the same period in previous years.
