Public Gains Direct Borrow Rights to NY State Library Treasures

The general public may now directly borrow from the NY State Library’s massive resources, which include congressional documents, details of the inner workings of Albany, and how to grow better tomatoes. The new program expands borrowing that has long been reserved for state officials, lawyers, physicians and government historians only.
