Public Disclosure Commission dismisses case against library director

Anonymous Patron writes Seattle Post-Intelligencer Reports The state Public Disclosure Commission on Thursday dismissed a case against the director of the King County Library System over use of public funds to promote a bond issue last year.

The case was dismissed after the PDC chairman, Michael Connelly of Spokane, spoke about the unfairness of pursuing a complaint against the library system after the PDC could not grant the library’s request for advice on the matter because of a court injunction, PDC spokesman Doug Ellis said.”
