Prosecutors & ISP Battle Over Servers in Child Porn Suit

There’s a battle brewing in Pensylvania over free speech and whether investigators were within their rights to seize computer servers that were being used to access child pornography online. The ISP that owned the servers filed a free speech lawsuit against the state and two county prosecutors and demanded the return of their servers.
