Can’t help wondering how much this is related to the failure of aggregators to fulfil their royalties obligations (see the January 2007 edition of Editorial Eye). There’s going to be a huge number of ‘freelance’ writers with more than a passing interest in this one – including all those LMS etc who’ve ever had an article published in a professional journal!
