Pay to hit ‘play’ for library movie in Ohio?

The Cincinati Enquirer reports The Hamilton County library is thinking about charging for movies, joining Clermont County’s system in considering an option permitted under a new state law.

“Obviously, as librarians we feel things should be free as long as possible,” said Kim Fender, executive director of the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. “But since the state has allowed us to take this step, we must consider it.”
