Overflowing NL of Scotland Set to Expand

A major extension to the overflowing National Library of Scotland looks set to be given the go-ahead by city councillors. A proposal that could increase the size of the facility by up to 25 per cent has been backed by Edinburgh City Council officials on the basis that several conditions are met
