Here
is a USA Today about the publication of
Nora Roberts’ 159th novel. "At 54, she’s one of the country’s most popular and prolific authors. Tuesday marks the publication of her 159th novel, Origin in Death
(Putnam, $24.95), 21st in the series she writes under the name of J.D. Robb.
With so many titles to track, Roberts’ publisher is helping book buyers separate old titles from new by placing the letters “NR” surrounded by a circle on the covers of new titles.
More than 280 million of Roberts’ books are in print. Her publisher estimates that over the past 23 years, an average of 21 are sold every minute."

autograph
I went to a Romance Writers Convention in Dallas last summer to get my mother an autograph of hers for a holiday present. Out of all the authors present, she had the longest line and took time to speak personally to each person there. She was quite considerate to each and everyone there.
Not as bad as some friends…
With the exception of some of the latest non-reprint anthologies, I have a copy of every single story she’s published, many of them signed. I have a few friends who insist on having every single version of every single story. If you’re going to be anywhere near Boonsboro and Hagerstown, MD this weekend, watch out for the Noraholics as it’s the annual gathering. She’s been wonderful to us and we love her for it.
Re:Not as bad as some friends…
My brother in-law, a rough and tough fellow, loves Nora Robert’s books. She clearly crosses boundries.
