Intermix Media Inc. founder Brad Greenspan sued the Web-site operator, claiming its $580 million sale to Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. didn’t reflect the growth prospects of its main asset, MySpace.com. MySpace.com is the fourth-most-visited Web site, with more than twice the traffic of search engine Google Inc., according to Greenspan’s suit.
