whoops, I just saw the link at the bottom. Well, guess they are talking about Australian salaries after all!
Those salaries are in AU$!
As of today, that “$39,594” annual salary guideline for a starting professional librarian comes out to $28K in the U.S., and the journeyperson salary ($53901) is $38K.
So we’re not talking Big Bucks here.
