“Misguided souls…hyperventilating over the USA Patriot Act”

ED Feulner, president of the Heritage Foundation, feels that many librarians are stressing out over nothing. His commentary at CNSNews.com accentuates the positive aspects. The Patriot Act only applies to terrorist investigations and is actually being applied only rarely.
