Major leagues again try to banish book peddler

It should be blindingly obvious to any person who can tie his own shoes that

Well, Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League, the National Basketball Association and the National Football League, now contend that selling a book too close to private property can be forbidden as anti-terrorism. You can read about it at the First Amendment Center. If nothing else, this clearly constitutes an attempt to make an end run around the First Amendment.”
