The President and Mrs. Bush will be present tomorrow at the official opening of the new Abraham Lincoln Library and Museum in Springfield, IL, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
The Library has already been opened to the public, but tomorrow will be the official dedication, at which it was hoped that the First Family would indeed be present.
