Limping Library Not Reaching Standards

The Wichita (KS) Library system is in trouble, with “too few books, too few hours, too few staff and not enough space.” The library is too small for the community and even though it’s making strides, they aren’t happening fast enough, which places the library low in the state rankings for libraries of comparable size.
