LibWireless List Information

Because of a significantly large number of attempts to spam the LibWireless
list, I am now requiring new subscribers to subscribe via the web. This
will prevent spammers from using the subscription e-mail address to attempt
to send their garbage.

The purpose of this group
is to discuss libraries and all types of wireless technologies. This includes
but is not limited to wireless LANs in libraries, accessing library resources
via wireless devices, and related issues such as WLANs, wireless bookmobiles,
etc. PLEASE LIMIT DISCUSSION TO LIBRARY AND INFORMATION CENTER TOPICS.

No spamming will be allowed.
Vendors are welcome as participants but not to market their products. The policy
of this list is no advertising of products or services. Announcements of meetings,
workshops, and conferences is allowed and encouraged. Anyone violating this
policy will be immediately removed form the list without any warning. Vendors
and service providers are welcome to listen in to the conversations here and
are welcome to participate within the policies stated here. As owner of the
list, I reserve the right to block any participant that violated these policies.

Currently the list is set
to allow all messages without my review. I prefer it that way but will change
it if necessary.
