Library’s Legal & Consulting Bills Top $380,000

It would appear that the Indianapolis Public Library system might have some explaining to do after “racking up more than $380,000 in legal and consulting bills this year as part of its effort to deal with structural damage found at its $103 million Downtown branch expansion.
