pornography on its public PCs. What an interesting concept!

“From the Ottawa Public Library’s point of view, the motion
to exclude the media is about ensuring the fairness of the whole
process,” Ms. Birrell said. “We are concerned that the presence of
the media during the evidence of witnesses would compromise the
library’s right to a fair hearing.”
