Librarians Against the WTO writes “The WTO will be meeting in Cancun for a Ministerial meeting from September 10-14, 2003. Librarians Against the WTO would like the Canadian Minister for International Trade, Pierre Pettigrew, to know exactly how librarians feel about the WTO / GATS and its threat to publicly-funded libraries. We have written a letter and we would love to have as many librarians and library lovers to mail, email or fax it to Mr. Pettigrew. Go to:
