Meanwhile, over in Japan a popular manga title, Bengoshi no Kuzu (The Scum of Lawyers), enjoys a decent amount of popularity. So much so that they made a live-action television show based on the comic. Now, the creator of the manga finds himself in real legal trouble because a Japanese lawyer is suing because he feels that a current storyline plagiarizes a novel he wrote.
