JS Online: Lack of reimbursement prompts some libraries to limit use

Anonymous Patron writes “The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel takes a look at the State that law authorizes counties whose residents check out materials at library systems other than their own to provide some sort of reimbursement. Wisconsin law requires that libraries offer service to residents of adjacent library systems, but not if the library gets inadequate reimbursement.”
