Job Action Planned for Vancouver Libraries: While Vancouver’s inside and outside civic workers walk the picket lines, Vancouver Library workers are planning their own job action.
About 800 members of CUPE Local 391, which represents library staff, have been in a legal strike position since 4:30pm Monday afternoon.
The union is planning to hold rotating study sessions starting Tuesday at 10am at the central branch downtown.
